Glitz and Glam Gold Stocking set with Black and white houndstooth

Prepping for Christmas this year has been a little different. My mother sold her house that she has lived in for the past 25 years.  Therefore, I jumped into August trying to get all back stock sewn and prepped before I headed out of town to help her move.  I've also been trying to take new photos and videos of all products, so life has been busy.        Here is one part of the glitz and glam line.  I forgot how much I love this set.  I did have to switch out a few things in this set.  All black, is a velvety soft black that matches.  There is no more corduroy on this set.  Also new this year are the same snowflakes on each stocking.  In the past set each stocking had its own ornament, but I feel the matching snowflake really make the set stand together and shine.   I love this set, and I hope you like them as much as I do.
These Christmas countdown stockings are a new favorite this year.  I've had this fabric for years and always wanted to make them into stockings, but never got around to it.  2020 was the year to add it to Turnbow Designs.  I love the large numbers and how they look like they are stamped onto the linen fabric.  The Squared stocking is so beautiful with the crisp edges of each square that make the stocking pop.
Simple but elegant these farmhouse black and white plaid stockings go so well with the burlap JOY stockings.  A nice printed plaid is hard to come by and I found a limited amount of fabric.  Hopefully there will be enough for me to keep a set for myself.
I don't know which one of these stockings I like the best, but they look amazing hanging next to each other.  I found this blue 11 years ago and fell in love with it.  I loved the honeycomb pattern (before it was popular) and I loved how it tied in so well to the burlap color.  I started with snowflakes on these stockings, but have expanded to buttons and bows.  Buttons and bows aren't as fragile.  These stockings were pictured in the Country Living in December 2012 and hold a special space in my heart.

Buffalo Plaid and More

Everywhere there is Plaid, Plaid, Plaid.  Turnbow Designs is right there loving and playing with all the plaids.  The various black and white plaids in this set complement each other and make for a stunning arrangement hanging over the fireplace.   Each stocking comes with a chalkboard nametag, to allow for personalization.  This set can be mixed with the red plaid set too, for a whimsical farmhouse plaid Christmas.
